I’m the founder of Thriving Ibis Leadership Solutions. I’ve been working to develop leaders in STEM for 14 years.
Through my experience working with STEM professionals, and my own career, I noticed that there aren’t many career and leadership development resources for mid-career professionals - especially ones that are accessible and actionable for those of us who aren’t straight, white, hetero men.
