Need help processing through a new challenge, or to get feedback on a skill? Use this option to book a one-time coaching session with Dr. Lauer! 30 minute mini sessions are great for minor issues, gut checks, or reviewing materials 1 hour standard coaching sessions are great for processing through more pressing or concerning circumstances or situation-specific skill building 90 minute long coaching sessions are great for getting help with strategic thinking/planning, practicing and finessing presentations, or making decisions on a sticky issue If you have longer-term or all-encompassing issues or want to really make progress on your leadership skills, we recommend that you set up a series of coaching calls.
